Access for Everyone
Service Charges Waiver Program
A financial barrier should never be the reason a good idea goes unheard. We completely waive our research-support service charges for deserving students and researchers.
Research Without Barriers
At Acadentium Research, we believe a financial barrier should never be the reason a good idea goes unheard. Behind every unpublished study is often not a lack of talent, but a lack of access. Our Service Charges Waiver Program exists to remove that barrier — by completely waiving our research-support service charges for deserving students and researchers who have the ideas, the questions, and the determination, but not the means.
Each waiver is named in honour of a person whose life reflects the values we hold dear: a belief in people, a quiet generosity, and the conviction that opportunity should be given, not gatekept.
These Are Their Stories — and Now, a Part of Yours

Prof. Dr. Rashid Irshad Chaudhry
Service Charges Waiver Program
A life well lived is not measured in years, but in the lives it quietly transforms. Prof. Dr. Rashid Irshad Chaudhry lived such a life — one that changed many, and continues to do so.
He came from Layyah, a small town in South Punjab, where possibilities are often smaller than the dreams people carry inside them. Yet even from there, he rose with quiet brilliance. A gold medalist in the field of Commerce, he went on to study at Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab. By the age of just 31, he had completed his PhD.
He founded the Jinnah Group of Colleges — not just as institutions, but as gateways for students who otherwise may never have imagined stepping into higher education. Later, as Chairman of the University of South Asia (Layyah Campus) and Heritage International College (Layyah Campus), he continued that same mission: quietly, consistently, without seeking recognition.
He didn't just educate students — he saw them. He believed in them, sometimes before they believed in themselves. In February 2024, he left this world, and since then there has been a kind of silence that words cannot fill.
The Prof. Dr. Rashid Irshad Chaudhry Service Charges Waiver Program is not just named after him; it is a continuation of his belief — that somewhere in the skirts of South Punjab, there is a student with an idea, a voice, a question worth asking, but no platform to be heard.
By completely waiving our research-support service charges, this initiative removes one of the quiet barriers that stop so many from stepping into research. It gives students not just access, but permission — permission to try, to write, to contribute, to become.
He may be gone, but his work is not finished. It continues — in us, in them, in every paper that finds its way into the world against the odds, and in every quiet success story that begins in a small town.

Prof. Asghar Ali Khan
Service Charges Waiver Program
Some people build monuments. Prof. Asghar Ali Khan builds people.
He has never chased titles or recognition. He is, simply, a teacher in Lahore — and to the thousands of students who have passed through his life, that one word means everything. Ask any of them, and they will not describe a syllabus. They will describe the day he noticed they were struggling and quietly stayed behind to help.
He has mentored thousands — but never as a number. To him, each student is a whole world: a name, a story, a fear, a hope. He gives his time to the ones who arrive early and to the ones who need a second chance, and he remembers them long after they have gone.
There is a particular kind of teacher who does not only teach a subject, but teaches you to believe in yourself. He is that teacher. The shy student in the back row — the one who is certain they do not belong — he finds them, and he makes sure they know they matter.
He asks for nothing in return. No recognition, no record of who he has helped. He gives quietly, the way the best people do, and lets the results speak in lives rather than in lists.
Years later, his students return to him — not to talk about marks or exams, but to tell him what became of the belief he once planted in them. A career built. A family lifted. A quiet confidence that has never left. He listens the way he always has, with full attention and a gentle pride, and in those moments he is, without ever saying so, the richest man in the room.
The Prof. Asghar Ali Khan Service Charges Waiver Program carries that spirit forward. By completely waiving our research-support service charges, it does for a new generation of researchers exactly what he has always done for his students. It says, quietly and without condition: I believe in you. Begin.

Prof. Dr. Habibe Serap İnal
Service Charges Waiver Program
The world is quick to celebrate those who run fastest and climb highest. Prof. Dr. Habibe Serap İnal turns, instead, toward the ones it leaves behind.
A Dean at Istanbul Galata University, she could measure her worth in titles and accolades. She does not. She measures it in the people others have written off — and in the quiet, patient work of helping them rise. She has a gift for seeing what is possible where others see only what is missing. The person told they had reached their limit, the one told their story was already written — she looks at them and sees a life still waiting to be lived fully.
And then she does the hard, tender, unglamorous work of helping them get there. Not with grand gestures, but with patience, with belief, and with a steady refusal to accept that anyone should be left on the sidelines.
To be seen by someone like her is to be reminded that you are not your obstacle. You are your potential. It is a kind of seeing that changes how a person walks through the rest of their life.
She has never needed applause for any of it. Her reward has always been that single moment when someone realises, often for the first time, that they were never as limited as the world told them they were.
There is a rare courage in choosing this work — the slow, invisible kind that wins no headlines. But the people she has lifted know. They carry her belief with them, they pass it on, and in that quiet chain of kindness her work multiplies far beyond anything a title could ever hold.
The Prof. Dr. Habibe Serap İnal Service Charges Waiver Program is built from that same belief. By completely waiving our research-support service charges, it opens a door for the researcher who has the talent and the determination, but has been kept outside by circumstance. In her honour, we make sure no capable mind is ever left on the sidelines.

Mr. Qamar Ghafoor
Service Charges Waiver Program
The world taught him to count money. Life taught Mr. Qamar Ghafoor to count people.
A Vice President at Askari Bank Limited, he spends his days among numbers, balances, and ledgers. But those who know him know that the figures were never what moved him. What moves him is a person standing at the edge of an opportunity, needing only one hand to help them across. Time and again, quietly and without announcement, he is that hand.
He understands something the spreadsheets never show: that the truest wealth a person can hold is the chance they give to someone else. He has never measured his life by what he keeps, but by what he passes on.
He does it without a word. No announcements, no record of who he has helped, no expectation of thanks. He believes in people before they have proven themselves — not because it is owed, but because it is right.
And the remarkable thing about that kind of generosity is how far it travels. One opportunity, given freely, changes a life — and that life goes on to change others. The hand that helps does not lift only one person; it begins something that keeps moving long after.
He has seen what a single act of faith can do. A young person, full of promise but short of means, is often just one closed door away from giving up entirely — and one open door away from a life they never dared imagine. He has spent his years choosing, again and again, to open the door.
Those he has helped rarely know the full extent of it, and that is exactly how he prefers it. He does not give to be seen. He gives because he remembers what it means to need someone to believe in you — and he has quietly decided that no one within his reach should ever have to face that need alone.
The Mr. Qamar Ghafoor Service Charges Waiver Program turns that quiet belief into action. By completely waiving our research-support service charges, it becomes the helping hand at the edge of an opportunity. It carries a deserving researcher across the gap between a good idea and its first place in the world — and trusts them, one day, to do the same for someone else.
